...And I'll walk outside the lines...

I know a lot of people who like to think they have it rough, who like to think that the whole world is against them. People who sit in class and complain about their lives and how they'd like it if it ended. I know there's at least one person who really means it, and I'm not talking about them.

The Rest of You? Piss on you.

Life is one of the most precious gifts one can have, something that can only be received once. Ever. You can give it, but only by learning the lessons of life and finding that special somebody. Sitting in the chair and complaining to people that REALLY don't care about something you REALLY don't mean is NOT the way to go.

This is also known as Common Sense.

Somebody once said that A Life Is A Terrible Thing To Waste. They were right. I'm calling all of your bluffs right now; learn to take the good with the bad. If a tough situation comes up, get yourself over it and then get over yourself.

  1. Aw... what did the poor seal ever do to you *tear* i agree people are way to emotional nowadays. life sucks sometimes and is awesome other times. if you have a bad day, ok ill listen, but if all you ever do is complain, no body will wanna hang with you. that just leads to a path of self destruction

  2. i wouldn't necessarily say get yourself over it and then get over yourself... when people do go through tough times ...for example...getting laid off??? thats basically their life to people who do nothing but work...and when they get laid off...they WILL go through a depression.. you don't just GET OVER IT...no you...you find the good in it...get to spend more family time... and then you figure out HOW your gonna deal with it...like start to look for more jobs instead of moping around...but no one can really get over something bad in their lives...

  3. But that IS moving on. Doing something productive rather then moping and complaining. If you are doing something about it, chances are you aren't sitting there telling people how bad your life sucks. He's saying that if it does, get off your lazy but and do something, right?

  4. you move on....its a little different than getting over it..getting over it is when you just pretend like it never even happened... moving on is when you still go with the flow but you'll never forget what ever happened..well at least thats how i see it?

  5. Getting over it is taking that experience, changing your character, and accepting it as an event to be used for the future as experience. You NEVER forget, if you're smart enough to learn from your mistakes.

  7. You know my family does get on my nerves and my friends piss me off sometimes but ur right about it all. They really are the only ones there for you when you have nothing else and ur right things in our lives could be alot worse than what we think. For example ur seal friend on ur page. He looks like he's got it pretty bad. I posted a blog on my page about the things that my parents do that piss me off but i don't feel the need to have it on there anymore. You know, you make alot of sense. Answer me one question though, Do i know you?
